Full Body Shred
A multi-level group workout designed to  target all of the major muscle groups. The goal of this HIIT class is to build muscle endurance while gradually increasing the length of all working intervals.
Zumba Fitness
Great for weight loss, toning the entire body. Boosts heart health with a rush of happy hormones, and is a fabulous way to destress. Let's get this party started!
STRONG™ Nation (HIIT)
Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Bodyweight Sculpt Class
An hour of full body, anaerobic workouts mainly focusing on core strength and stability. These workouts will help you build lean muscle mass, boost your metabolism, increase your endurance, and have a low impact on your joints.
Danza Tone™
A fun hour of non-stop dance beats that is sure to sculpt your body, invigorate your mind, and rejuvenate your soul.
Vinyasa Flow
Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Dynamic flow focuses on strengthening postures while slower flow highlights on mobility in the spine & hips.
Restorative Flow
Features 4-6 restful poses in supported postures for about 10 minutes each. This class requires props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and an optional weighted eye mask.
